We are a Non-Government Organisation (NGO), which is owned by the community who are represented by a Board of Trustees and the Board of Directors.   The hospital is Health Sub-District Headquarters and oversees twelve government health units in the area, within a 70 mile radius of Rushere.

The hospital has a Constitution and a Memorandum of Understanding the with Government of Uganda.
